Two lines we won't cross.

Peptides on Promise are prescription products. Here is where we draw the line.

Ship a vial with a lab label on it.

Every Promise treatment is a prescription — written for you by a licensed provider and compounded by a licensed U.S. pharmacy. Never a product labeled for laboratory use.

Hand you a template.

A licensed provider reads your health history and decides what fits you — and sometimes the answer is no. That review is the point, not a formality.

Grounded in published, peer-reviewed science.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. A licensed clinician reviews your intake and prescribes only when it is appropriate for you.

Is this a real prescription, or a research chemical?

A real prescription. A licensed provider reviews your health history and, when a treatment is appropriate for you, writes the prescription; a licensed U.S. pharmacy then compounds it for you. Nothing on Promise is a product labeled for laboratory use.

Does starting a visit guarantee a prescription?

No. A licensed provider reviews every request and prescribes only when it is appropriate for you. If it isn't, you'll be told plainly — that review is the point.

How is this different from peptides I see for sale online?

Peptides sold online without a prescription are usually labeled for laboratory use, with no provider, no pharmacy, and no one accountable if something goes wrong. Promise works the way medicine is supposed to: a licensed provider decides, a licensed U.S. pharmacy compounds your prescription, and a care team follows up.
